Terms of Use

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and SBS Nexus. By accessing any part of our websites or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site on behalf of a business entity authorised to do so, and that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the sites after a revision is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use our websites for lawful purposes, to learn about our services, review investor information, and contact us. This licence does not transfer any ownership in the sites or their content to you.

You agree to use our websites in good faith and in a manner that does not impair the experience of other users or the integrity of our systems. We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the sites for operational, maintenance, security or legal reasons.

All content published on our websites (including text, graphics, photographs, logos, illustrations, layouts, source code, video and audio) is owned by, or licensed to, SBS Nexus and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Permitted use

• You may view, download and print materials from our sites for personal, non-commercial reference only.
• You may share links to publicly accessible pages, provided the SBS Nexus brand is not misrepresented.
• You may quote short excerpts in good-faith editorial or research contexts, with clear attribution to SBS Nexus.

Prohibited use

• Reproducing, republishing or redistributing our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Modifying, adapting, reverse-engineering or creating derivative works from our content or source code.
• Removing or altering any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.

The “SBS Nexus”, “SBS Print” and related word marks and logos are trademarks of SBS Nexus Berhad. All other trademarks shown on our sites are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

When you use our websites, submit enquiries, or otherwise interact with us, you agree to do so lawfully, in good faith, and in a manner that respects the rights of others.

Accurate information

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us (through enquiry forms, project briefs, account registrations or correspondence) is accurate, current and complete. We are entitled to rely on the information you submit when responding to your request.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not, in connection with our sites or services:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right;
• Upload, post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or harmful to minors;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the sites, related systems, or other users’ accounts;
• Introduce viruses, malware, scripts or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of the sites;
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or harvest content beyond what is permitted by our robots policy;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or organisation.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate access where, in our reasonable judgement, a user is acting in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Our websites describe the branding, printing, distribution and marketing services offered by SBS Nexus and its subsidiaries. This information is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer to supply any product or service.

• Descriptions, samples, images and specifications are illustrative and may be updated or withdrawn at any time without notice.
• A colour variation of approximately 10–20% between an on-screen proof and the final printed material is considered normal in the printing industry and does not constitute a defect.
• Product availability, turnaround times and finishes may vary, and are confirmed only at the point of a written quotation or order.

The binding scope, deliverables and timelines of any engagement are set out solely in a written quotation, proposal or service agreement issued to you.

Any prices, rate cards or indicative figures shown on our websites are for general reference only. They are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes, delivery or installation charges unless expressly stated. A formal quotation issued to you in writing prevails over any figure published online.

Quotations & payment

• Quotations are valid only for the period stated on them; thereafter they may be revised to reflect current costs.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices of RM600.00 and below are payable in full, and larger jobs require a 50% deposit on confirmation with the balance settled before production or delivery.
• Urgent jobs and time-critical services may be subject to full advance payment and an expedite surcharge, as set out in the relevant quotation.
• Overdue amounts may attract interest at 1.5% per month until settled, and deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

We make every effort to ensure that pricing information is accurate, but obvious errors and omissions may be corrected, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order arising from such an error.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, SBS Nexus Berhad, its subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, our websites or any content contained on them.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, whether the loss is foreseeable or not, and whether the claim arises in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty or otherwise.

Where you engage SBS Nexus for services under a separate signed agreement, the liability provisions of that agreement shall apply to that engagement in place of this section.

Our websites and the information they contain are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take reasonable care to keep the content accurate and up to date, SBS Nexus makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the operation of the sites or the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of the information presented.

No professional advice

Information on our websites, including investor relations material, market commentary and case studies, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or investment advice. You should seek independent professional advice before acting on any information published here.

Availability

We do not guarantee that the sites will be available without interruption, free of errors, or secure from unauthorised access. We may, at any time and without notice, suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the sites.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

You agree that the Courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms in any country in which you reside or in which any breach occurred.

We may amend, update or replace these Terms at our discretion to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal obligations, or business practices. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date will be adjusted accordingly.

Where the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to the attention of registered users, for example, through a notice on our website or, where appropriate, by direct communication. Your continued use of the sites following the publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are encouraged to review this page periodically. If you do not agree with a revision, you should discontinue use of the sites.
