He is primarily responsible for our Group’s internal operations and execution, including day-to-day oversight of marketing, IT, human resource and administration, and event management departments. He ensures operational efficiency, resource planning and cross-functional coordination. He also directly supervises the Head of Digital, to oversee the IT operations and ensure the efficient functioning within and across other departments such as graphic design, video production and content creation.
